Do I have to sign a contract?
Definitely not! Our philosophy is simple. Use us for as long as we do a great job for you. We have no binding contracts.

Do I have to provide you with keys?
No. Most of our customers do, because it is more convenient for them not to have to be there when we are due but, if you would prefer to be at home, then no problem.

Do I have to provide my own cleaning materials?
No. Our team of highly-trained cleaning professionals arrive with all the materials, equipment and solutions required to effectively clean your home. If you prefer us to use your own materials for whatever reason, then, that is, of course fine. All our cleaning solutions are designed specifically for the domestic market. We use nothing that might be harmful to your home or to the environment.

Can I choose the days the cleaner comes?
Yes, we aim to make the services tailored to your needs. If we cannot do it, we will negotiate a temporary option.

Do I have the same cleaner coming to clean my home?
Yes, you will have the same cleaner looking after your home on regular basis. We will not replace your cleaner unless you request a change.

What happens if I go on holiday?
Simply call us with as much notice as possible. If you don’t require your home to be cleaned whilst you are away, then we simply cancel that week’s clean and you pay nothing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash or bank transfer payments.

Are you insured?
Yes, CleanHomeServices is fully-insured.

How flexible is the service?
Very. In addition to our standard cleans, we provide a range of additional services to cover situations such as when visitors come to stay, after parties, oven and window cleaning, the list is endless.
